THINK SMART RECOGNIZED IN SUPPORT
OF HELPING YOUTH

Think Smart Outreach Center Inc. 21st Century Community Learning Center Directors Pamela Williams and Nell McKoy were presented with the African-American Caucus of Harnett Democratic Party Achievement Award at its banquet last month at the Harnett County Governmental Complex in Lillington.
The award was presented to Think Smart because of its positive support in helping the youth of Harnett County through academics, athletics and leadership. Think Smart is a nonprofit 501c3 youth organization that was founded in 2001. To read more, visit The Dunn Daily Record.
21st CCLC Think Smart Outreach Center, Inc. among six other organizations were awarded grants by the Harnett County Community Foundation Thursday, November 2nd. The seven organizations awarded were Beacon Rescue Mission, CareNet Counseling, Coats Senior Center, Fort Bragg Armed Services YMCA, HIS Daily Bread Ministries, Special Olympics of N.C. and Think Smart Outreach Center. Each year the Harnett County Community Foundation administers a competitive grant program available to all nonprofit organizations in Harnett County. The Harnett County Community Foundation board has distributed more than $60,000 since inception in grants and scholarships to benefit people and programs in Harnett County.
