Think Smart has been extremely blessed to have a wonderful staff. The staff is committed to “Catching the Vision” of the center and making sure that our future leaders have access to programs that assist them with becoming productive citizens.

Chief Executive Director

Ms. Pam is the Chief Executive Director/Owner of the program. She is also the Director of the Pre-Collegiate Program and write grants for the program. She has an Associate Degree from Central Carolina Community College and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Fayetteville State University. She is a former Middle School Teacher with over 13 years experience working with youth in a child care setting. She currently holds Early Childhood Credentials I and II and Early Childhood Administration I and II from Central Carolina Community College.

Chief Financial Director

Ms. Nell is the Chief Financial Director/Owner of the program. She is also the Director of the Harnett County Police Athletic/Activities League. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Campbell University. She also is the grant writer/event coordinator for the center. She has over 13 years experience working with youth in a child care setting and working with finances. She holds a Grant Writer Certificate from Central Carolina Community College and Early Childhood Credentials I and II from Central Carolina Community College.

Office Manager/Site Coordinator

Mrs. Anitra is the Office Manager/Site Coordinator of the Program. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Shaw University. She has over 10 years experience working and/or managing staff in a child care setting. She currently holds Early Childhood Credentials I and II and Early Childhood Administration from Fayetteville Technical Community College.

Preschool and Kinder Prep Staff:

Mrs. Chona is the Lead Teacher. She has a Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Credentials I and II. She will be enrolling in a local community college to receive her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has 12 years experience in a Child Care Setting.

Ms. Joann is the Lead Teacher for 2nd shift. She has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Credentials I and II. She is currently enrolled in a local community college to receive an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has over eight experience in a child care setting

Summer Camp Staff

Mrs. Brenda is the Senior Camp Counselor. She has Credentials I and II and a diploma in Early Childhood Education from a local community college. She has over 20+ years as a Teacher Assistant in the Harnett County School System. She currently is employed at a local high school.

Ms. Chantel is the Junior Summer Camp Counselor. She is currently a Sophomore at a university majoring in Chemistry. Her goals after completing college is to obtain employment as a Pharmacist. She has worked as a volunteer in various capacities and has worked with youth for a year at our center.

Tatyana aka Tee Love is the Office Assistant. She is also the Co-Host of Think Smart Underground Radio Station. She has been a member of Think Smart Outreach Center, Inc. for nine years. She has 2 years experience in a childcare setting. She will be attending Winston Salem State University after graduating from high school majoring in Mass Communications.

Mr. Alex is the Senior Camp Counselor. He is a Teacher Assistant and coach at a local high school. He attended a local university and will going back to receive his Bachelor's Degree. He has numerous years of experience working with youth in a child care setting.

Mrs. Roxy is the Senior Camp Counselor. She is a former 4-H Coordinator. She is currently attending a local university majoring in Middle School Education. She has numerous years of experience working with youth in a child care setting. She is has worked as a substitute teacher and is owner of a Photography Business.

Chris is the Maintenance Coordinator here at Think Smart. He has been in a part of our basketball team for 1 year and will continue to be a member of our basketball team and the Pre-Collegiate Program until he graduates.

Ms. Dawn is the Senior Camp Counselor. She is a teacher at a local high school. She received her college degree from Maryland University in Special Education. She has numerous years of experience working with youth in a child care setting.

Ms. Je Toya is the Mentor Coordinator. She has a Bachelor Degree from Fayetteville State University. She worked for many years with the Fayetteville Urban Ministries with their Mentoring Program. She has a total of 7 years experience in mentoring and counseling youth. She is Bi-lingual (Spanish/English). She has also worked as a Translator. She holds an Early Child Development Certificate from Central Carolina Community College.
