Our Staff 

Think Smart has been extremely blessed to have a wonderful staff. The staff is committed to “Catching the Vision” of the center and making sure that our future leaders have access to programs that assist them with becoming productive citizens.

Chief Executive Director

 
Ms. Pam is the Chief Executive Director/Owner of the program. She is also the Director of the Pre-Collegiate Program and write grants for the program. She has an Associate Degree from Central Carolina Community College and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Fayetteville State University. She is a former Middle School Teacher with over 10 years experience working with youth in a child care setting. She currently holds Early Childhood Credentials I and II and Early Childhood Administration I and II from Central Carolina Community College.

Chief Financial Director

Office Manager/Site Director 

Mrs. Anitra is the Office Manager/Site Director of the Program. She is also the advisor for  our Modeling Club. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Shaw University. She has over 10 years experience working and/or managing staff in a child care setting. She currently holds Early Childhood Credentials I and II and Early Childhood Administration from Fayetteville Technical Community College.

Preschool and Kinder Prep Staff:



Mrs. Chona is the Lead Teacher. She has a Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Credentials I and II. She will be enrolling in a local community college to receive her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has 11 years experience in a Child Care Setting.

Ms. Shontavia is the Kinder Prep Assistant. She has her Early Childhood Credentials I and II from Central Carolina Community College. She is also enrolled at a local community college to obtain an Associates of Art Degree. She has one year experience working in a child care setting.

 

After School Staff

Mrs. Brenda is the Lead After School Teacher. She has Credentials I and II and a diploma in Early Childhood Education from a local community college. She has over 20+ years as a Teacher Assistant in the Harnett County School System. She currently is employed at a local high school.

Ms. Norma is the Cultural Arts Instructor/Enrichment Counselor.  She is Bilingual (English and Spanish). She is also our Radio Station Advisor. She has a Associate Degree in Early Childhood and Office Systems Technology. She is a former Math Tutor and specialize in tutoring math to students up to 18 years old. 

 

Ms. Christy is the Volunteer Coordinator/Enrichment Instructor. She is currently a Junior in college majoring in Psychology. Her goals after completing college is to obtain employment in the Juvenile Justice Field. She has worked with youth in the Upward Bound Program at Fayetteville State University.

Tatyana aka Tee Love is the Office Assistant/Dietary Technician. She is also the Co-Host of Think Smart Underground Radio Station. She has been a member of Think Smart Outreach Center, Inc. for eight years. She has 1 year experience in a childcare setting. She will be attending North Carolina A&T State University after graduating from high school majoring in Mass Communications. 
 

Adam aka Marshy Marsh is the Co-Host of Think Smart Underground Radio Station. He has been a member of Think Smart Outreach Center, Inc. for two years. He plans on attending Elizabeth City State Univesity after graduating from high school majoring in Physical Education.

  

 Mr. Ryan is the Financial Director Assistant. He has six months of office experience in a State Office where he was responsible for great customer service, helped clients with various tasks, and helped the office run smoothly. He will be attending college in the Fall majoring in Mass Communication.

Public Relations Coordinator

Mr. Eric is the Public Relations Coordinator. He attended Saint Augustine^s College. He has been self-employed for over 10 years. He has over 20 years experience in the Public Relations Field.
