Think Smart Outreach Center, Inc.-21st Century Community Learning Center is a nonprofit Drop out Prevention youth organization that was established in 2001. Our services are made available to all Harnett County youth ages 2-18 and their families. Our mission is to ensure that youth have access to programs which stimulate their total development in terms of intellectual, social, physical, cultural, and ethical growth. Our overall goal is for our participants to graduate from high school and enroll in a post-secondary educational institution. We are pleased to announce that we have a 97% graduation rate in which all of those students are currently enrolled in college.

Our program is committed to the youth that we serve. Our program stands up for what is right. We will fight tooth and nail for our future leaders regardless if we make people angry, step on someone's toes, and/or make enemies along the way. Our youth need a voice in this world and we are going to make sure that we are the voice that people hear. When God gave us this responsibility, we knew it was not going to be easy when he placed it into our hands. However, we would rather make "man" angry with us rather than disappoint him.
Our program currently works in collaboration with Harnett County Schools, W&A Recreational Park, North Carolina Communities in Schools (CIS), Harnett County Health Department, Williams Income Tax Services, Triangle South Enterprise Center, Employment Security Commission, Office of Juvenile Justice, United Way, Central Carolina Community College, Fayetteville State University, Wake Forest University, The Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC, and The Charlotte Bobcats. The program is a member of After School for All, Dunn Area Chamber of Commerce, Harnett County’s Schools Closing the Gap and Triton's Booster Club.
